On a beautiful day in Downtown Pensacola, Clara and Gabe exchanged their vows at the stunning Bascilia of St. Michael the Archangel. It was a moment filled with raw emotions and timeless beauty.
Despite facing challenges, Clara radiated joy as she walked down the aisle in a boot. It was truly a miracle that she could walk, considering she had undergone a major surgery not too long ago. I believe she was not even cleared to walk on her wedding day, but she pushed through.
Earlier that morning, all of the girls got ready at 5Eleven Palafox. One of the highlights of the day was Clara’s dress, which was custom-made using the top of her mother’s wedding gown. In this fast-paced world we live in, it’s easy to lose sight of the value of our beginnings. However, every now and then, we stumble upon a treasure that reminds us of the beauty that lies within our past. Clara’s dress was one such treasure. It symbolized the connections between generations, the passing down of traditions, and the preservation of memories. It also added a touch of sentimentality and intentionality to the day.
It was an honor to be a part of Clara and Gabe’s wedding day, to witness their love story unfold, and to capture the moments that they will treasure forever. These memories, frozen in time, will serve as a reminder of the beauty and joy that can be found even in the face of challenges.
